Private Limited Registration

Society (NGO) Registration
Society is also a legal form that NGO generally takes. A society is an association of several individuals combined for the promotion of a common cause without any monetary gain. Such form of organization is governed by the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

Nidhi Company Registration
Registering a Nidhi Company allows a Nidhi to borrow from its members and lend to the members. Nidhi Companies are registered in India are created to cultivate the habit of thrift and savings among its members. The funds that are contributed to a Nidhi Company are only from its members.
